Full Job Description Anila Recruitment is partnering with a well-established not-for-profit Early Learning provider seeking a confident and experienced Early Childhood Teacher / Educational Leader near Blacktown. This is a full-time role within an extended preschool program (ages 2–5, ~100 places), suited to someone passionate about driving quality practice and mentoring educators. You’ll take the lead in guiding pedagogy across the service, working closely with the leadership team to embed strong curriculum outcomes and reflective practice.
